Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS AND PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to products purchased using a pre-order or other purchase option offered by GRAVEYLANE PTY LTD, trading as Graveylane.

PRE-ORDERS

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has entered processing or been dispatched by emailing info@graveylane.com with your full name and order number.

We will confirm whether the cancellation can be completed. Once an order has entered warehouse processing or has been dispatched, it might not be possible to cancel it. In that situation, our Return and Refund Policy will apply after the order is delivered.

If we approve a cancellation, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

Any estimated production, arrival or dispatch date displayed for a pre-order is an estimate and may change because of manufacturing, freight, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will provide updated information and any options available under our policies and Australian Consumer Law.

ORDER CHANGES

Requests to change a product, size, colour or delivery address must be made as soon as possible by emailing info@graveylane.com. Changes are not guaranteed after warehouse processing has begun.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
